The Workplace of Basic Counsel is chargeable for offering legal advice and representation to the college and to college and workers performing in their roles as representatives of the university. Robin is now Controller of Company Legal, Regulatory, Trading and Governance at UK public broadcaster Channel four where he is responsible for all non-programming business and legal affairs work with a selected focus on corporate enterprise capital, promoting, distribution, know-how, policy and regulatory points in a fast changing landscape.
Prior to becoming a member of PepsiCo in 1990, Joanne labored for greater than 4 years as a personal observe solicitor in central London and specialised in corporate law. Peter joined the University’s Workplace of the Basic Counsel in 2016. This office does not present legal illustration or advice on private matters.
Tina joined the University’s Office of the Normal Counsel in 2017. Prior to her appointment at Yale, Sarah served as a staff attorney at Legal Services NYC. Workplace of Counsel manages all litigation and other legal proceedings on behalf of the University and its workers.
The Office of the Normal Counsel could also be affirmatively obligated to reveal communications to other College officers if those communications implicate the College’s authorized pursuits. Prior to his appointment at Yale, Sohail served as an Associate at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson and at Cravath, Swaine & Moore.
Before coming to the University in 1998, Ms. Bowden labored for ten years as a student affairs administrator at universities in Ohio, New York, and North Carolina; served as a regulation clerk in Federal District Court docket for the Chief Choose of the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and was a civil litigator in private practice within the District of Columbia.
