The Mission of the Workplace of the Common Counsel is to offer top quality legal services to the University of West Florida and the College of West Florida neighborhood in the implementation of its mission and objectives; in navigating the requirements of relevant regulation, regulation and coverage; and in managing adversarial proceedings, and in doing so to observe the best requirements of ethics and professionalism. Previous to this she was Head of Publish Workplace Ltd Authorized Providers where among other issues she was helped set up and manage telecoms and monetary services choices, grew to become a recognised skilled in digital signatures and encryption and performed a significant position in the restructure of the submit office community.

Samantha joined Oracle from Taleo, a San Francisco-based mostly cloud companies provider, and brings over a dozen years of cloud and privacy experience to her role. The Vice President and Common Counsel and the Workplace of the Vice President and Basic Counsel (OGC) provide legal counsel, representation, and oversight of labor on the wide range of legal issues affecting Brown University.
We counsel the university group on legal and threat administration matters in a collegial, responsive manner. She has duty for all of PepsiCo’s legal issues in its ESSA Sector which comprises over 60,000 staff in forty five international locations and has an in-home team of a hundred lawyers located in a number of areas.
