The Office of the Normal Counsel doesn’t provide authorized advice or illustration to individual members of the College community with respect to personal issues or private authorized points. Property and casualty insurance coverage firm Chubb has announced Tracey Legal guidelines as the brand new normal counsel of its authorities affairs group.
The Workplace additionally advises the College regarding the legal implications of proposed policies and actions, counsels the University as to compliance with state and federal laws and administrative rules, drafts or critiques College contracts, and coordinates legal elements of the College’s actual, private, and mental property pursuits.
