The College Counsel represents the College on all legal issues. Crystal joined the College’s Workplace of the Common Counsel in 2005. Harold earned his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, his M.A. in Worldwide Relations from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced Worldwide Research, and his J.D. from Yale Law School.
We do not represent or advise school, workers or students about private legal issues. The Office performs all kinds of legal companies. Our goal is to supply the perfect authorized advice and counsel, tempered by experience and judgment, to our colleagues and business partners who’re chargeable for making decisions on behalf of the College.
The Workplace offers these services on College matters to the UNC Pembroke Board of Trustees, the principal directors of the University, and through them, to the school, staff, and pupil government of UNC Pembroke. The Workplace of General Counsel gives legal recommendation and representation to the Board of Trustees , the President and other administrators in their capability as brokers conducting College business.
Communications with Office of the General Counsel attorneys on behalf of Creighton College are ordinarily protected by lawyer-consumer privilege and are confidential. Prior to joining Nokia Siemens Networks, Maria served because the Common Counsel at TetraPak from 2011 to 2013 and at Sidel from 2009 to 2011.
Before coming to the College in 1998, Ms. Bowden labored for ten years as a scholar affairs administrator at universities in Ohio, New York, and North Carolina; served as a legislation clerk in Federal District Courtroom for the Chief Judge of the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and was a civil litigator in personal follow within the District of Columbia.
