The Mission of the Office of the Common Counsel is to provide high quality legal services to the College of West Florida and the College of West Florida neighborhood within the implementation of its mission and targets; in navigating the necessities of relevant regulation, regulation and policy; and in managing adversarial proceedings, and in doing so to look at the very best requirements of ethics and professionalism. Ms. Gartner attended the University of Delaware (B.A., 1998); the George Washington University Regulation College (J.D., 2001), the place she served as Senior Managing Editor of the Public Contract Legislation Journal; and Norwich College (M.P.A., 2005).

Arabella joined the University’s Workplace of the General Counsel in 2015. In November, the University of Texas Regulation School closed the curtain on a singular compliance series designed to show compliance by means of basic core tenets. Previous to his appointment at Yale, Peter served as an Affiliate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York and London and was an Associate Fellow at the Workplace of the Common Counsel of the College of Southern California.

The Workplace of the Normal Counsel (GC) supplies legal advice, counsel, and providers to the Company and its officials and ensures that USAID programs are administered in accordance with legislative authorities. Sohail earned his B.A., summa cum laude, from Fordham College and his J.D. from Yale Regulation College.

GC serves because the Agency’s chief authorized officer and is the principal advisor to the administrator on Agency-large coverage issues. Attorneys in this part provide recommendation and counsel on business and compliance issues that directly involve or affect Weill Cornell Medicine, including its branch program in Qatar and the Doctor Organization.
