The University Counsel represents the College on all legal matters. The office helps all the activities of the university by means of evaluation and opinions related to the legal and policy points inherent in teaching, analysis, outreach and associated services. This article offers evaluations and solutions for administration to successfully prepare their group to handle the challenges of a global law division.
Previous to her appointment at Yale, Mary served as an Associate Director for UBS Funding Bank, Senior Vice President Operations for Wachovia, Documentation Specialist for DaimlerChrysler Capital Services, and Senior Paralegal for Emmet Marvin & Martin LLP.
As Deputy Basic Counsel and Chief of Staff, Ms. Krejsa serves as the consultant of the Common Counsel, assigns case work to attorneys and workers, oversees the every day administration of the Office, and offers authorized advice to senior stage administrators and college, including the President, Vice Presidents, Deans, Division Chairs and Directors.
Stephanie joined the College’s Office of the General Counsel in 2008. Please note that the Office of Legal Counsel doesn’t present personal authorized services for individual members of the Fordham neighborhood.
